Participation:<\/h5><p>The bands willing to participate may be:<\/p><ul><li>C\u03bfncert Bands<\/li><li>Big Bands<\/li><li>Brass Bands<\/li><li>Marching Bands<\/li><li>Percussion ensemble<\/li><li>Symphonic Orchestras<\/li><\/ul><p>The schemes should consist of no less than 15 people nor be larger than 40 (escorts, drivers, etc. included).<\/p><p>* The cost of accommodation and meals for <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>up to 40 people<\/strong><\/span> will be paid by the festival organization, while for <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>more than 40 people<\/strong><\/span> will be paid by the participating group.<\/p><p>Schemes failing to comply with the above mentioned restrictions may participate only after special consultation and approval.<\/p><p>The 80% of the ages of the musicians who will participate is 15 &#8211; 30 years old. The 20% can be below or over of these ages.<\/p><p>The organizational committee of the festival has to answer by February 28th, 2026 to all participating applications.<\/p><p>By its acceptation to the festival every scheme is committed to follow with consistency I.Y.B.F.&#8217;s program (main program, parallel events, supportive actions) of which full details will be provided during the period of preparation.<\/p><p>The Organizational Committee is bound to send to you the full and final program of the festival two (2) months before its starting day.<\/p><h5>B. Presentation:<\/h5><p>The bands which are going to take part will present their program by giving up to 2 concerts during their stay.<\/p><p>These concerts will be held within the limits of Delta Municipality and in other places chosen by the I.Y.B.F.&#8217;s organizational committee.<\/p><p>All the bands that will participate are obliged to make parade according to the program of the festival.<\/p><h5>C. Infrastructure:<\/h5><p>The organizational committee is prepared to cover all needs concerning every technical aspect of the festival (sound, lighting, music stands); further there is the possibility to cover the needs for percussion instruments following consultation with the committee.<\/p><h5>D.
